Click the Entry Person Login button below to select your EI report and enter
the report information. When you complete the entry of the report data, a notifying
email will automatically be sent to the appropriate State and Advisory Council persons.

If you are the State assigned Reviewer

Click the Reviewer Login button below to log in and gain access to the EI reports
for which you are authorized to access for review.
